Current Project

We Teach is currently working on expanding our network of teachers and increasing our number of students at FAZ. While continuing our virtual lessons to keep the project's wide outreach, we also strive to integrate a hybrid format of learning so as to increase the connection between our pupils and teachers through in-person events with FAZ.

International Day

In order to improve classroom infrastructure and enhance students' learning, We Teach used its 4000 reais of revenue from international day to donate whiteboards for FAZ.  During International Day, the project had a stand with fun english language games.

Christmas Drive

Many FAZ parents are unable to purchase Christmas gifts for their pupils. Therefore, besides teaching them English, We Teach decided to contribute by donating Christmas gifts and chocotones to the 130 children currently aided by Fundação Alessandro Zarzur.

Litoral Norte Donations

Following the floods at Litoral Norte, one of our pupils, Samuel, mentioned to his teacher how his family had lost their home due to rain. Our teachers collectively raised money to purchase clothing, furniture as well as a computer to continue his virtual english lessons even given the family's loss.

Easter Donation Drive

Similarly, to our Christmas drive, We Teach strived to improve the holiday of FAZ children by donating 130 Easter colombas to them and their families.
